The president of the Netherlands-Korea Fund said this in an article hailing the DPRK's first successful H-bomb test contributed to the Dutch newspaper Trouw on January 13.

Noting that he has followed with surprise the failure of the policy of the West and the United Nations against the DPRK in the past, he went on:

They have made a series of attempts against the DPRK including sanctions in a bid to force it to scrap its nuclear program, but it has made more rapid progress

The Bush administration's listing of the DPRK as "part of the axis of evil" may be viewed as the starting-point of the nuclear program of the country.

Since then the DPRK has reacted to the outsiders' pressure with a tougher stance.

The DPRK is undergoing greater difficulties due to escalating pressure and sanctions, but the reality shows that the country can do anything it wants.

The solution is to improve the relations with the DPRK.

The West is blocking the improvement of the relations with the DPRK, persistently pulling up it over the "human rights issue" and "nuclear threat", but such behavior is very wrong.
