The message extended congratulations and greetings to the heads and delegates of the states and governments who participated in the session on behalf of the DPRK government.

The message said that the AU is now making positive efforts to achieve peace and prosperity in Africa and glorify the dignity of its peoples. It reaffirmed the invariable will of the DPRK government to further develop the good friendly and cooperative relations with the AU and its member states in all fields.

It wished that the current session would mark a significant occasion in achieving the unity, development, peace and stability in the continent in line with the common desire and interests of the member states.
