The performance began with chorus revolutionary hymn "Ode to General Kim Jong Un". Put on the stage were chorus "Song of Plowing", poem and story-telling "Peerlessly Great Persons of Mt. Paektu and Union of Agricultural Workers" and other numbers.

The performers sang in high praises of the exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who realized the long-cherished desire of the Korean farmers and set a brilliant example in socialist rural construction.

Also put on the stage were numbers showing a fresh history of changes which is being made in building modern socialist rural villages under the guidance of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Among the audience were Yang Hyong Sop, Kwak Pom Gi, Ri Chol Man, vice-premier and minister of Agriculture, Ri Il Hwan, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Ri Myong Gil, chairman of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, officials concerned, officials of the union and agricultural workers.
