Sit-in Strike Staged in S. Korea to Demand Cancellation of Humiliating "Agreement"

Pyongyang, February 1 (KCNA) -- The south Korean University Students Measure Committee to Denounce South Korea-Japan Negotiations has staged a sit-in strike outside the Japanese embassy in Seoul, according to website News 1 of south Korea. The strigke began on Dec. 29 last year demanding the checking of the withdrawal of the girl statue and cancellation of the "agreement" on the issue of sexual slavery.

During the period the strikers conducted signature campaign among citizens, explained the meaning of the girl statue to them and brought to light the unreasonableness of the humiliating "agreement".
