When the DPRK succeeded in H-bomb test, the imperialists are kicking up a campaign against the DPRK in a bid to conceal their policy for aggression, the article said.

The DPRK's H-bomb test is a legitimate measure for defending itself and keeping peace from the imperialists' policy for bringing down its social system, it noted, and went on:

The UN lost the right to slander the DPRK's measure for self-defence as it has long been reduced to an organ shielding the imperialist aggression.

It is none other than the U.S. which used nuclear weapons before any country and opened up the era of nuclear race.

It is natural for the DPRK to take a self-defensive measure to cope with the U.S. nuclear threat.

If the nuclear issue is to be settled, the U.S. should abandon its hostile policy toward the DPRK, withdraw its armed forces from south Korea and conclude a peace treaty with the DPRK.
