Last year it was brought to light that the U.S. introduced not only anthrax germ and botulinus germ but also pest virus into the Osan U.S. air force base according to the "Jupiter plan" for rounding off the system of the biochemical war.

Much upset by this, the U.S. claimed that pest virus was delivered last year for the first time, in a bid to cover up its criminal act.

However, it was recently disclosed that its assertion was little short of an excuse and it had long conducted the tests for the germ warfare after introducing pest virus into south Korea.

Such fact was revealed by a report of an institute of the U.S. opened to public by the south Korean internet newspaper Voice of People on Jan. 27.

According to it, the institute is sending anthrax germ and pest virus to other institutes of the world.

In March, 2014 it sent live anthrax germ and pest virus to south Korea and their amount quadrupled that last year.
