DPRK and Russia Governments Sign Agreement and Protocol

Pyongyang, February 3 (KCNA) -- An agreement on hand-over and take-over of illegal entrants and sojourners and a protocol of implementation of the agreement were signed between the governments of the DPRK and the Russian Federation in Moscow on Tuesday.

Present at the signing from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the Foreign Ministry led by Vice-Minister Pak Myong Guk and DPRK Ambassador to Russia Kim Hyong Jun and from the Russian side officials concerned of the Federal Emigration Bureau including its Deputy Director N. M. Smorodin and the Foreign Ministry.

Pak Myong Guk and N. M. Smorodin signed the agreement and the protocol.
