Day of Shining Star to Be Celebrated in Thailand

| Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- A Thai preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed. Songchit Pullarp, chairman of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize a seminar, photo exhibition, film show and other colorful political and cultural events to praise the exploits of Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star. |
