S. Korean Regime Can Never Get Rid of Abyss of Ruin: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- The south Korean people's actions to punish the treacherous and conservative regime are mounting higher than ever before, says Rodong Sinmun Thursday in an article.

Diverse actions are taking place in various areas in protest against the humiliating "agreement" on the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army. They include the issue of declarations on the situation by civic and public organizations, signature campaigns, rallies, demonstrations, wall-paper display and legal action. Workers launched general strikes in protest against the conservative authorities' moves for the retrogressive revision of the labor law, the article says, and goes on:

The fierce anti-"government" struggles of the south Korean people are an inevitable product of the unprecedented misrule of the present conservative ruling forces keen on treachery going against the will and demand of the popular masses.

The group of traitors' ruin is the inevitability of history as they are selling off the country against its people's will.

The Syngman Rhee dictatorial regime installed by the U.S. was overthrown by the April 19 Popular Uprising like a castle on the sand and the outrageous "yusin" regime met a miserable end due to the October resistance for democracy.

The June People's Resistance and subsequent struggles for democracy culminated in the downfall of military dictators of the "fifth republic" and "sixth republic." The ill-famed "civilian" dictatorship was also buried in the grave of history. The present south Korean chief executive is fated to follow in footsteps of her predecessors forsaken by the people.

With no desperate effort can the south Korean conservative group get rid of the abyss of ruin. Suppression is not a cure-all and fascist tyrant is short-lived.
