Present at the meeting were Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, and its vice-chairmen, the chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, department directors of its Central Standing Committee, the permanent advisor and the director of the Research Institute on History of Korean Residents in Japan, the rector of Korean University and chairmen of the headquarters of Chongryon.

Ho Jong Man in his report stressed the need for the chairmen to arouse all organizations to the general advance with the steadfast ideological will in order to fully demonstrate the might of Chongryon all over the world in this significant year when the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea is to be held.

He referred to the tasks to be fulfilled by the chairmen of headquarters in the struggle of this historic year.

Chairmen of the Chongryon headquarters in their speeches expressed the will to fully implement the tasks set forth by Marshal Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address and New Year's congratulatory message and greet the Seventh Congress of the WPK with unprecedented achievements.
