The system is a preventive warning system based on IT which helps those centers monitor and inform possible outbreak of diseases and take necessary measures against them by ensuring close connection between them.

Thanks to the establishment of this system, health officials in different parts of the country can receive on-the-spot training courses, acquaint themselves with the indexes of disease occurrences in localities and thus take advance measures.

The establishment of the system is of great significance in implementing the policy on preventive medicine of the Workers' Party of Korea.
