Meeting with DPRK Hero Held

Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- A meeting of officials and members of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea and workers and a DPRK hero took place at the Cultural Hall of the Songyo Knitwear Factory Thursday on the occasion of February 8, the birth anniversary of the regular revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK.

DPRK Hero Ji Yong Chun, a lecturer at the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum, said that the Korean revolutionary armed forces have developed into the genuine army of the leader and party generation after generation under the care of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

He noted that the path of bloody struggle and glorious road of victory covered by the Korean People's Army are associated with their immortal leadership exploits.
