Rodong Sinmun Friday says in a commentary in this regard:

After the disclosure of the animation file nuclear-phobia prevails in south Korea.

What matters is that the U.S. made the DPRK's use of nuclear weapons against south Korea an established fact and on this basis conducted a test of a simulated nuclear bomb explosion and spread it.

Up till now the DPRK has asserted its access to nuclear deterrence is a measure for self-defense. And it has never threatened to use a nuclear bomb against the south Korean people, fellow countrymen.

However, American tricksters spread rumor that the DPRK's nuclear deterrence is targeting the south Koreans.

Herein lies the U.S. sinister scenario to escalate inter-Korean confrontation and catch fish in troubled waters. In other words, it is trying to make the DPRK a poser of "nuclear threat" and make the south Korean people harbor hostility and sense of uneasiness towards the fellow countrymen in the north and justify its moves to bolster up the nuclear force.

Now almost all the countries on the globe are exposed to the U.S. nuclear threats.

The U.S. is just a barbarous state seeking the extinction of mankind and the only nuclear criminal state which should sit in the dock at a nuclear tribunal. The word of nuclear threat would not have appeared in the world, but for the U.S. appearance.
