The member said that the U.S. is the only country which inflicted the holocaust upon humankind by using the nuclear weapons in the world before going on:

So far, the DPRK has made several proposals for concluding a peace treaty with the U.S. only to be denied.

The U.S. and south Korea are wholly to blame for a failure in concluding the peace treaty.

The expert on the East Asian affairs said:

Large-scale military drills are staged in south Korea and its vicinities every year, targeting the DPRK's nuclear facilities and other core objects.

The DPRK is pursuing the policy of never allowing any provocation against its sovereignty.

The DPRK maintains the conclusion of the peace treaty.
