Japanese Reactionaries Flailed for Denying History of Aggression and War

Pyongyang, February 6 (KCNA) -- A former vice-minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan said at a joint meeting of foreign relations of the Liberal Democratic Party that victims of sexual slavery "were professional prostitutes" and "Japan is being seriously deceived by information service in which they are regarded as victims". Japanese Foreign Minister Kishida said in a speech at the Diet that Tok Islets belong to Japan, undisguisedly revealing its ambition for aggression before the world. Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a commentary terms these remarks a despicable one which can be done only by the cunning Japanese reactionaries. The commentary goes on: Still heard in Japan are voices there is no need to feel guilty conscience toward the past history and that the Japanese can not allow their children, grandchildren and posterity to face the fate of being indebted to make apologies. The Japanese authorities are showing off a purse anywhere but there is a problem to be mentioned certainly here. The silk quilt the so-called "economic power" is sleeping under is drenched with blood and sweats shed by tens of millions of Koreans. The offer of the whole of Japan will never be enough reparation for the human, material, cultural, mental and moral losses it imposed on the Korean people. The Japanese reactionaries are denying the history of aggression and war in a bid to bring back the past history anytime to realize the old dream of the "Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere". The Japanese politicians should be honest before history and human beings, to begin with. |
