The production of home-made compost and spreading of fertile soil on the fields have been overfulfilled 102 percent and 105 percent respectively as compared with the same period of last year.

Officials of the City Rural Economy Committee and farms went to cooperative fields for information service and made sure that compost was carried to fields in good time by mobilizing tractors, draught oxen and other delivery means.
