Ecuadorian Bodies Hail Successful Launch of Kwangmyongsong-4

| Pyongyang, February 11 (KCNA) -- The Ecuadorian Cultural Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Ecuadorian Committee for Supporting Korea's Independent and Peaceful Reunification and the Guaranda Association for Friendship, Culture and Solidarity with the Korean People of Ecuador issued a joint statement on Feb. 8 in congratulation of the successful launch of earth observation satellite Kwangmyongsong-4 of the DPRK. The successful launch of Kwangmyongsong-4 is the brilliant fruition of the iron will, gifted stratagem and energetic leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, the statement said. The successful satellite launch is a great event which demonstrated once again before the world the tremendous power and scientific and technological potential of the DPRK, it noted, adding this is adding luster to the pleasure and joy of the Korean people significantly greeting the Day of the Shining Star (birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il) and instilling courage and conviction into progressive mankind looking up to the DPRK as the fortress of socialism and symbol of justice. To slander the DPRK's satellite launch is an encroachment upon its sovereignty from A to Z. The DPRK will launch more satellites despite the moves of the U.S. and its followers to stifle the former. We warmly congratulate once again the successful launch of Kwangmyongsong-4. |
