Pyongyang, February 11 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il's Work "Strengthening of the People's Army Is a Basic Guarantee for Triumphantly Accomplishing the Revolutionary Cause of Juche" was brought out in booklet by the Nakhodka Format Publishing House of Russia on Feb. 2.
