Abnormal Weather Observed in DPRK
Pyongyang, February 12 (KCNA) -- An abnormal weather was witnessed in different parts of the DPRK on February 11.

Warm weather has set in from February 8 with the flow of hot air from the south which causes a rapid rise of temperature from 10:00 Thursday.

The temperature was 2.7-14 degrees Celsius higher than the average in most central parts of the west coastal area, some parts of northern inland and east coastal areas of the country.

Especially, 11.2-19.1 degrees Celsius was recorded in most central parts of the country, including Pyongyang, Sariwon City of North Hwanghae Province and Haeju City of South Hwanghae Province and 2.5-10.9 degrees in Kim Hyong Kwon and Samjiyon counties in Ryanggang Province, Jangjin County in South Hamgyong Province and other parts of the northern area.
