They called upon all the members of the union and agricultural workers to take the last instructions of Kim Jong Il as a lifeline, unconditionally implement them, firmly equip themselves with Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

They called for fulfilling the grain production plan without fail through a more brisk socialist emulation and thus greeting the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea as a glorious one of victors.
