WPK Delegation Meets Lao President

Pyongyang, February 12 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) led by Kim Yong Chol, secretary of its Central Committee, on a visit to Laos met and had a talk with Choummaly Sayasone, president of Laos, at the presidential building on Friday.

Choummaly Sayasone said that Marshal Kim Jong Un sent a delegation of the WPK to congratulate the successful 10th Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, greatly inspiring the Lao party, government and people.

The friendly and cooperative relations provided by the preceding leaders of the two countries will remain unchanged forever, he said, adding Laos will always support the just cause of the Korean people.

He expressed conviction that the cause of building a thriving socialist nation will be surely realized thanks to Kim Jong Un who is confidently carrying forward the cause of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.
