Day of Shining Star to Be Marked in Germany

| Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed in Germany on February 7. The representative of the German Branch of the Korean Friendship Association was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to give wide publicity to the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il and hold colorful political and cultural events. |
