Heinrich Gruber, member of the Leadership of the Vienna, 21 County Committee of the Communist Party of Austria, fully supported the DPRK's successful launch of earth observation satellite Kwangmyongsong-4 and extended full solidarity to the Korean people.

He went on: The satellite launch and use of space for peaceful purposes are the legitimate rights of all sovereign states and no one can deny them.

We are firmly convinced that the DPRK will as ever bring about epochal miracles and successes in the scientific and technological development, building of an economic giant and the drive for improving the people's living standard.

Oliver　Jonischkeit, chairman of the Solidarity Committee of Unionists for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea in Austria, extended warm congratulations and solidarity to the Korean people. He noted:

The satellite launch is a great event which powerfully demonstrated the tremendous national power and scientific and technological potential of the DPRK.

The DPRK launched Kwangmyongsong-4, joining the advanced space powers.

The DPRK is a powerful state firmly guaranteeing its sovereignty and development, the country no one dares provoke.
