Present there were Konstantin Pulikovski, former presidential envoy to the Far East Region of the Russian Federation, Viktor Yeliseev, chief of the State Academy Ensemble of the Ministry of Interior of Russia, Pavel Ovsyannikov, head of the Orchestra of the 21st Century of Russia, Valery Sukhinin, former Russian ambassador to the DPRK, Alexandr Prokhanov, editor-in-chief of Zavtra, and other officials of political parties, government ministries, institutions, public organizations and those in the fields of science, culture and art and the press.

Also present were Kim Hyong Jun, DPRK ambassador to Russia, and staff members of his embassy.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the picture of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

They went round photos dealing with the undying revolutionary feats of the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu.

Speeches were made at the reception.

Then an art performance was given by the State Academy Ensemble of the Ministry of Interior of Russia.
