The message wished the prime minister and government of Serbia successes in their work for the development and prosperity of the country, expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger.

DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong sent a similar message to Ivica Dacic, first deputy prime minister and foreign minister of Serbia, on the same day.
