S. Korean Bodies Protest against U.S. Deployment of THAAD

| Pyongyang, February 15 (KCNA) -- Civic organizations in Taegu and North Kyongsang Province of south Korea held a press conference on February 12 in protest against the projected deployment of THAAD, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Voice of People. Speakers at the press conference said that Taegu and Waegwan in North Kyongsang Province are under discussion as sites for THAAD deployment and all the politicians in the regions should voice their opposition to it. They dismissed the authorities' act of mulling the deployment of THAAD in south Korea as a foolish and reckless action. |
