On display at the venue of the events were photos showing the Songun revolutionary leadership exploits of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed were photos of the service personnel and people of the DPRK struggling to achieve the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche.

The participants laid a floral basket before the portraits of smiling Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

Juan Jose Leon, first vice-chairman of the Cuban Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, in a speech said Kim Jong Il dedicated his all to socialist construction and independent and peaceful reunification of Korea, true to the idea and intention of Kim Il Sung.

We will struggle together with the Korean people until the day when the cause of Korea's reunification is accomplished as desired by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, he added.
