DPRK's Successful Satellite Launch Hailed by Koreans in Ukraine

| Pyongyang, February 17 (KCNA) -- The United Confederation of Koreans in Ukraine issued a statement on Feb. 12 hailing the DPRK's successful launch of the earth observation satellite Kwangmyongsong-4. The statement said that the recent satellite launch instills great joy and pride into the overseas compatriots and exalts the dignity and self-respect of the Korean nation. It stressed that the launch proves that the DPRK proudly joined the ranks of the powers in the field of science and technology. |
