The gift was conveyed to Choe Thae Bok, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, on Feb. 17 by Kazbek Taisayev, first vice-chairman of the Committee for Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Eurasia Integration and Liaison with Compatriots of the State Duma of Russia and secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, on a visit to the DPRK as the head of a delegation of the party.
