The Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan-African Movement called on all the UN member states to support the DPRK's space development program for peaceful purposes, adding that the successful launch of Kwangmyongsong-4 developed by the NADA scientists and technicians eloquently proved that the DPRK made a step forward in the development of science and technology.

The Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea said the successful launch of Kwangmyongsong-4 according to the 2016 plan of the 5-year program for national aerospace development was a historic event that testified to the great potentialities and self-development in the DPRK.
