Pyongyang, February 18 (KCNA) -- Players of Russia, Latvia, Belarus and Canada left here for home on Thursday after taking part in the 24th Paektusan Prize International Figure Skating Festival for celebrating the Day of the Shining Star (birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il).
