Displayed at the venue of the exhibition were photos of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were their works, books introducing the advantages and invincibility of Korean-style socialism centered on the popular masses and fine art works associated with the distinguished talents of the Korean people.

Present at the opening ceremony were a vice-mayor of the city, a vice-chairman of the Legislative Assembly and other officials.

The participants laid bouquets before the portraits of the smiling great leaders and paid tribute to them.

The vice-mayor of the city said that the exhibition will mark an important occasion in showing the DPRK developing day by day under the guidance of Kim Jong Un and the time-honored history, tradition and distinguished creative talents of the Korean people.

He wished the Korean people greater success in the drive to implement the behests of Kim Jong Il this year, too.

The exhibition will go on till March 5.
