Agreement on Exchange and Cooperation in Educational Field Signed between DPRK and Cuba

| Havana, February 19 (KCNA) -- An agreement on exchange and cooperation in the field of education between the Education Commission of the DPRK and the Ministry of Higher Education of Cuba was signed in Havana Friday. Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were a delegation of the Education Commission led by Chairman Kim Sung Du on a visit to Cuba and a staff member of the DPRK embassy in Havana and from the opposite side Rodolfo Alrarcon Ortiz, minister of Higher Education of Cuba, and officials concerned. The agreement was inked by Kim Sung Du and Rodolfo Alrarcon Ortiz. |
