The statement said that the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea in its statement clarified the crucial measures as regards the south Korean puppets' total suspension of the operation of KIZ.

It went on:

The DPRK's powerful countermeasures are reasonable and legal.

The group of Park Geun Hye, pro-U.S. and pro-Japanese traitor, deserves the punishment for totally suspending the operation of KIZ.

The Park group which is kicking up the vicious sanctions racket against the fellow countrymen put an end to the last lifeline of the north-south relations, following the lead of the U.S. and Japan, and totally denied the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration.

The south Korean puppet forces are driving again the situation in the Korean Peninsula to the brink of a war in collusion with the U.S. imperialists.

KIZ has been put in the state of total closure though it operated for the common prosperity amid the concern and expectation of the whole Korean nation.
