Display on the front wall of the event was an art work depicting Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il standing together.

Displayed there were photos dealing with their revolutionary careers and exploits, and the revolutionary activities of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also on display were photos of earth observation satellite Kwangmyongsong-4 roaring into space, Mirae Scientists Street and other monumental buildings and books introducing the DPRK.

Present there were personages of the Communist Party of DR Congo, the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of DR Congo, the above-said preparatory committee, the Working Citizens' Association of DR Congo and the DR Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association and masses.

Andre Lohekele Kalonda, chairman of the above-said preparatory committee, praised Kim Jong Il as an outstanding thinker and theoretician born as the Shining Star over Mt. Paektu in Korea and the great sun of Songun which defended socialism and indicated the way of building a thriving nation with his original Songun politics.

The exploits he performed before the times and history will be remembered in the hearts of humankind, the chairman concluded.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
