The DPRK's successful satellite launch is an exercise of the sovereign right of the Korean people to develop the science and technology of the country.

Nobody can restrain a sovereign state from developing science and technology.

We fully support the DPRK's satellite launch for the national development and well-being of the people, defying the challenges and disturbances by the hostile forces.

The All India Indo-Korean Friendship Association said the successful launch of Kwangmyongsong-4 is the brilliant fruition of the DPRK's policy of attaching importance to science and technology.

It is also another great success of the Korean people's struggle to lead a more civilized life by developing science, technology and economy, the association noted, adding that to use space for peaceful purposes is the legitimate right of a sovereign state.
