The festival brought together teachers, researchers, postgraduate students and students of the university. It was divided into panels of architecture, city management, land and environment protection, construction engineering, construction management, building materials, construction machine and IT.

It involved presentation, exhibition and exchange of new technologies.

More than 130 achievements contributable to building an economic giant and developing the nation's architectural science and technology were presented.
