Under this grave situation the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army announced a crucial statement carrying the fixed will of all servicepersons and civilians in the DPRK to bring the U.S. imperialist aggressors to the final doom.

The statement turned the whole country all at once into a scene of towering hatred toward the aggressors.

The Korean army and people are now filled with confidence that a Korean war in the 21st century will lead the U.S. to its final ruin, unlike the war in the past century.

In 1950 when the Korean War broke out, the DPRK and the U.S. were in sharp contrast in terms of military technical force.

The former's regular army was two years old and its defense industry was insignificant.

On the contrary, the U.S. had A-bombs and huge economic potentials.

Involved in the war, provoked by the U.S., were one third of its ground force, one fifth of the air force and the most of the Pacific Fleet and troops of its 15 satellite countries, south Korean puppet army and remnants of the former Japanese army, more than two million troops in all and huge latest combat equipment.

However, the army and people of the DPRK true to the order of the Party and the leader shattered to pieces the myth of the "mightiness" of the U.S. imperialism and started it on the downgrade.

It is a foolish daydream for the U.S. to stifle the DPRK which joined the advanced nuclear weapons states.

The nuclear war maniacs should be clearly mindful that all the special operation troops and nuclear war means of the U.S. imperialists now in south Korea as well as their military bases for invading the DPRK in the Asia-Pacific region and the U.S. mainland are within the range of the ultra-modern strike means of the Korean People's Army, which does never show mercy to the aggressors.
