S. Korean Regime's Distortion of History Condemned
|

Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet regime is undisguisedly tampering with history in a bid to cover up Japan's past crimes and justify fascist military dictatorship in south Korea. According to south Korean CBS on Feb. 24, it was disclosed that the authorities deleted the words "comfort women" for the Imperial Japanese Army and related photos from the "state-compiled textbook" for the sixth year pupils of the primary schools this year, sparking off public criticism. The part dealing with the May 18 Kwangju Popular Uprising did not contain words "martial law troops" hurled into the then fascist suppression and related photos and even injustice of the "yusin constitution" which were contained in the past textbooks. |
