According to available data, more than 1.5 million officials, working youths and students of universities, colleges and secondary schools volunteered to join or rejoin the Korean Peoples' Army (KPA) two days after the crucial statement of the Supreme Command of the KPA was issued.

15,000 and 5,500 officials of the party and administration organs and the youth league in Pyongyang and South Hwanghae Province volunteered to join or rejoin the KPA.

Officials of the Committee of the Kyongsong County Party Committee, and officials of the youth league of South Hamgyong Province, Nampho City and Chosan County renewed their will to become human bombs for devotedly defending the leader in the final battle against the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet group.

The numbers of volunteers to join the KPA is increasing across the country.
