Japan's Official Apology and Reparation Demanded in S. Korea

Pyongyang, February 29 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Association of Bereaved Families of Victims of the Sexual Slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army held a press conference in Kwangju City, Kyonggi Province on February 27 and urged the Japanese government to nullify the "agreement" on the issue of the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army and pay an official apology and legal reparation, according to the south Korean Yonhap News.

As the "agreement" concluded between south Korea and Japan is a product of the political conspiracy ignoring victims, the organization can never acknowledge it and declares it legally invalid, the organization said, and went on:

The Japanese government is being engrossed in distorting the history and making reckless remarks.

The organization urged Japan to make official apology and legal reparation.
