Bill on Preventing Terrorism Accused by S. Korean

| Pyongyang, February 29 (KCNA) -- The south Korean internet paper Oh My News posted on Feb. 16 an article titled "'bill on preventing terrorism' is an emergency measure for 2016" typed by Ri Sang Hui, member of the Bar Association for Democratic Society. The article said: The thing urgently needed by the south Koreans is a dialogue for peace, not the "bill on preventing terrorism" full of elements of human rights abuses. The bill is only the "emergency measure" for 2016 for the victims unreasonably jailed and wounded by the tortures due to the past "emergency measures". |
