Speakers including the president of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and the chairman of the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea lauded Kim Jong Il for developing in depth the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung into the guiding idea in the era of independence and firmly defending the country's sovereignty and national dignity and the socialist cause from the imperialist allied forces' moves for stifling the DPRK by pursuing the original Songun politics.

The secretary general of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said:

The DPRK could demonstrate the dignity of the socialist power, independent power and military power envied by the world thanks to the outstanding and tested leadership of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the great leaders.

Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the great idea to be accepted and followed by all countries and peoples of the world.

The chairman of the Committee of Self-Reliance Studies in Sri Lanka stressed that the DPRK is more highly demonstrating the dignity of the invincible socialist power under the leadership of HE Kim Jong Un who is following the intention of the preceding leaders.
