The Central Nursery of the Ministry of Land and Environment Protection raised tens of millions of saplings of good species including Pinus strobes to send them to different units across the country.

Working people in the forestry management stations in Tokchon City, Phyongwon, Yangdok, Thaechon, Hongwon and Toksong counties and many other cities and counties built nurseries operating with less land and manpower and have honored their plans for increased production of saplings.
