An article titled "Eternal Chairman of National Defence Commission" was posted on Irkutskblogspot. ru, a website in Irkutsk. It said that Kim Jong Il established the state machinery with the NDC as its pivot and provided a legal guarantee for the Songun politics, thus laying a foundation for the country's eternal prosperity.

Such articles as "Greatest joy of Comrade Kim Jong Il" and "General and soldiers" were posted on another website Patrioty Moskva.

They told that Kim Jong Il, possessed of warm love for the people as his inborn disposition, devoted his all to the people's happiness.

An article praising his life was posted on the website of the Communist Party "Communists of Russia".
