Such action is now arousing the surging hatred and wrath from among the citizens in the DPRK.

Hyon Ki Chong, a general officer of the Korean People's Army, told KCNA:

The DPRK has never recognized such improper "resolutions".

The human history witnessed more than 2 000 nuclear tests and 9 000 satellite launches, but no resolution was adopted at the UN Security Council to put a ban on them.

It is a disgrace to the world community to allow such high-handed practice of the U.S. and other big powers possessed of many satellites and nuclear warheads.

We will resolutely use all means and methods to take powerful, merciless and physical counteractions against the hostile forces' anti-DPRK moves.

Dr. Kang Chol of Kim Il Sung University, said:

The sanction hysterics of the U.S. can no longer be overlooked.

The entire world should break the inveterate habit of it regarding the sanctions as "a cure for all".

It will be impossible to expect peaceful future of mankind when the U.S. is allowed to go scot-free as it does not hesitate to put sanctions on not only nations hostile toward it but also its "strategic partners" and allies, if they incur its displeasure.

All the countries and nations should direct the spearhead of sanctions to the U.S., an evil empire, if they are to set right the wrong tendency of the world where justice and impartiality are violated and double standards and injustice are rampant.

The DPRK will clearly show how it puts an end to the crime-woven history of the UN dominated by the U.S. and other big powers and the dolts toeing their lines and establishes international justice and impartiality.
