Productivity Rises Sharply in Mining Industry of DPRK

| Pyongyang, March 6 (KCNA) -- The ongoing 70-day campaign in the DPRK inspires all the employees of mines under the Ministry of Mining Industry to boost the production rapidly. The Changdo Mine carried out its yearly plan at 123 percent while Unhung Mine topped its plan for the first quarter of the year. The Alloying Element and Mining management bureaus have carried out their assignments for the campaign at 70 and 45 percent respectively. Such increased production is also reported from Unpha, Riwon and many other mines across the country. |
