Day of Shining Star Observed Abroad

| Pyongyang, March 7 (KCNA) -- Special write-ups were posted on the websites of foreign organizations and institutions with portraits of smiling leader Kim Jong Il and his photos on the occasion of his birth anniversary (the Day of the Shining Star). The Peru-Korea Institute of Culture and Friendship and the Kim Jong Il Library in Ecuador posted articles praising the exploits he performed for the country and people. The Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea in an article said that Kim Jong Il won the nuclear confrontation with the U.S. in the 1990s and in the 21st century, making the outrageous U.S. imperialists' moves end in failure. The Italy-DPRK Association for Friendship and Solidarity posted articles praising his noble revolutionary career. The Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany in an article titled "Whole life of loving people" praised him as the father of the people who devoted all his life to them. |
