Swiss Organizations Condemn U.S.-S. Korea Joint Military Exercises

Pyongyang, March 9 (KCNA) -- The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea made public a joint statement on March 2 in denunciation of the anti-DPRK war games being waged by the U.S. imperialists and south Korean warmongers, creating the touch-and-go situation in the Korean peninsula.

Mentioning the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle 16 joint military exercises the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet army were going to stage from March 7, the statement laid bare the scope of the drills and their gravity.

The "beheading operation" which the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet forces worked out to target the supreme leadership of a sovereign state is evidently a state-sponsored terrorism and a war act, the statement said, and went on:

The situation on the Korean peninsula has reached the brink of a war due to the joint military exercises by the U.S. imperialist war fanatics and pro-U.S. puppet regime in south Korea.

The imperialists and their lackeys are well advised to remember the stern warning issued by the DPRK, and they will be smashed by the iron-fist of Songun.
