The statement said that the Japanese authorities took a measure of their own sanctions against the DPRK under the pretext of its successful H-bomb test and satellite launch.

It went on:

Japan should not apply sanctions against the DPRK but make an apology and reparation for its past crimes.

It is a clear politically-motivated suppression of Chongryon and undisguised and inhumanitarian act of abusing the elementary rights of Koreans in Japan for the Japanese government to try to include all officials of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan in the list of those subject to the ban on reentry to Japan.

The Japanese government is not only intensifying the suppression of Chongryon but also making no scruple of preventing the Korean students in Japan from receiving national education.

The People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party and the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Kyrgyzstan strongly accuse the Japanese government of its moves against the DPRK and Chongryon.

We urge the Japanese government to immediately stop its sanctions against the DPRK and ensure rights of Koreans in Japan.
